This is a huge show of confidence that I want to share with you. As I was making this recipe, I was thinking that it was just going to be one dish, but once I made it, I fell in love with it. The flavors were so wonderful that it was hard to believe that I could make it.

I think that it’s a lot easier to make a dish that’s just a collection of ingredients and a few recipes than it is to make a dish that only uses a few ingredients and is cooked in a way that it seems like it is cooked in the same way a lot of other dishes that are in the Creole repertoire.
